Job summary

Villari Foods is hiring three Quality Control Technicians for our Warsaw, NC warehouse location. You will join a team dedicated to maintaining quality programs and continuous production aligned with standards. Responsibilities include training new staff and ensuring CCPs are met.

Ideal candidates have HACCP expertise, strong communication, and attention to detail. Prior experience in high-volume food manufacturing is preferred, with a focus on safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• GED or High school diploma.
• 1 year experience in related field (high-volume food manufacturing preferred).
• Excellent HACCP knowledge and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HACCP CCPs are verified and documented per guidelines.
• Conduct audits of product temperatures, labels, metal detection, packaging, weight, and ingredients.
• Adhere to product specifications during harvesting and on finished products.
• Maintain GMPs, SSOPs, and the quality manual policies.
• Train new employees on procedures and report to QC Supervisor.
