Job summary

Phoenix Formulations is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to inspect and test raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products on the production floor in Tempe, AZ. You will record batch data, support QA/QC and Operations, and ensure materials meet quality specifications.

The role requires accurate documentation and attention to GMP standards. The 2nd shift runs Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm–2:00am, with occasional overtime on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Mathematical Skills – Accuracy with arithmetic, decimals and percentages.
• Language Skills – Must read and comprehend instructions and hold conversations in English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, sort, sample, or weigh raw materials, in-process product or finished goods for defects.
• Record in-process documentation on batch records.
• Support QA/QC and Operations with inspections, sampling, releasing materials and products.
