Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Aiken, SC is seeking a Quality Control Technician for a full-time day shift. You will assist Quality Engineers to coordinate quality objectives, perform test inspections of fuel, coolant, and oil filtration systems, and help resolve production problems. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years quality experience) and knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of experience in quality, industrial or manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of the practical application of manufacturing process and engine technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Engineers and Associate Quality Engineers in coordinating and implementing quality control objectives and activities.
• Coordinate with Test engineer to perform the test inspections.
• Perform audits on test fuel, coolant, oil filtration systems and ensure quality meets standards.
• Analyze/Validate the test data and process quality check sheets.
• Process Test Deviations on Quality issues.
