Qualifications

• Honesty and reliability required for sensitive quality work.
• HS math, reading, and writing skills are needed.
• Ability to perform computer work and use common software.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, email, and E2 database is expected.
• Familiarity with SOPs as related to Quality.
• Teamwork and good communication are essential.
• Ability to read fabrication and machining blueprints and GD&T.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and maneuver tools.
• Ability to read measurement tools and perform visual inspection.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high product acceptance by inspecting materials and finished goods.
• Conduct process and product audits including first article and dock audits.
• Train operators in product inspection as needed.
• Use inspection tools and ensure calibration of test equipment.
• Record and report inspection data; coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Participate in RCA and CAPA activities and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Follow ISO standards and ensure quality documentation is complete.
• Work extended hours as required and uphold safety practices.
