Job summary

Momentum Manufacturing Group LLC is seeking a Quality Technician for the 2nd shift in Franklin, NH to develop and maintain inspection reports and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

The role involves inspecting goods, calibrating test equipment, and supporting Lean Six Sigma and ISO compliance, with opportunities to train operators and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Proficient with Excel/Word/e-mail and E2 database.
• Able to read Fabrication and Machining blueprints including GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product acceptance through inspection at all production stages.
• Audit production processes including 1st piece, setup, routing, and safety audits.
• Train operators in inspection per prints and support documentation.
• Use inspection tools and measure products.
• Process Returned Goods data entry and reporting.
• Participate in RCA and CAPA programs.
• Support Lean Six Sigma and ISO standards.
• Maintain quality documentation in data systems.
• Work extended hours when required.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
