Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Technician - Quality Assurance in the Southern Pine Division. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5pm–5am, with responsibilities to test beverage and packaging attributes and ensure product specifications are met.

You will perform various lab tests, maintain LDMS data entries, and participate in the Sensory Program where applicable. A strong emphasis on GMP, safety, and accuracy is required, with opportunities for growth and CDL

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• High School Diploma or GED or 6+ months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Test beverage attributes (Brix, pH, CO2, net contents, taste & odor).
• Test package attributes (closure torques, lid application, visual appearance).
• Verify finished product attributes (bottle/can, label, production code, packaging).
• Collect and test micro samples when assigned.
• Perform syrup testing using HPLC/UPLC per SOPs.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot lab equipment and perform water treatment duties.
