Job summary

You will track quality issues, support audits, prepare PPAP documents, and participate in the Zero Defects program. A high school diploma and 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, plus a Certified Inspector/Operator credential, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Inspector/Operator preferred.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use measuring devices (calipers, optical comparator, electronic equipment).
• Experience drafting reports and collecting data.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook and MS Office.
• AS9100 knowledge is helpful.
• Ability to write and revise procedures.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is calibrated, validated, and maintained.
• Track and coordinate quality issues reported by internal/external customers.
• Provide templates and support for documentation revisions.
• Act as liaison for documentation in review/change process.
• Maintain historical data and documentation.
• Assist with quality processes, audits, surveys, and projects.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, spreadsheets, databases, and reports.
• Support internal departments to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Complete First Article Inspections.
• Participate in the Zero Defects program and Quality Star Point HPT.
• Understand policies and information affecting the organization.
