Job Description

EBAD seeks a Quality Assurance Technician with experience working in a manufacturing environment. This role will be based on 2nd Shift.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection of components and assemblies as part of receiving inspection.
• Maintain accurate, neat, and complete inspection records.
• Keep work area organized and clean, following all established safety guidelines.
• Work within a team to achieve company and department goals.
• Perform additional duties related to specific area assignments when requested.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D. with 3+ years of experience inspecting mechanical components in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
• Proficient in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, drop indicators, CMM, and optical systems.
• Knowledge of ISO/AS procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T.
• Understanding of military specifications and industry standards.
• Effective communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office.

Desired Skills:

• Six Sigma Green Belt or CQE/CQM certification is a plus.
• Experience working with customers and suppliers.
• Knowledge of CMM operation is highly desirable.

Compensation:

Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
