Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure our products meet safety, consistency, and compliance standards on the production floor. You will review documentation, perform inspections, and support teams with quality guidance, leveraging your attention to detail to deliver products people love with confidence and care.

The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule on 1st shift, 7:00am–3:30pm, with a structured onboarding program during the first week.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality assurance preferred.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift.
Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Perform in-process testing and AQL inspections.
Submit samples for analytical and microbiological testing.
Review batch documentation and production logbooks for accuracy.
Approve pre-startup activities and equipment checks.
Release batch records and work orders.
Conduct daily audits and floor walks to ensure compliance.
Support GMP, SOP, and documentation guidance.
Participate in shift review meetings.
Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
