Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure our products meet safety, consistency, and compliance standards on the production floor. You will review documentation, perform inspections, and provide quality guidance to teams with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

The role operates on the 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with onboarding and a structured program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or QA experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout shift.
• Comfortable around powders, chemicals and allergens.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process testing and AQL inspections.
• Submit samples for analytical and microbiological testing.
• Review batch documentation and production logbooks for accuracy.
• Approve pre-startup activities and equipment checks.
• Release batch records and work orders.
• Conduct daily audits and floor walks to ensure compliance.
• Support GMP, SOP and documentation guidance.
• Participate in shift review meetings.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
