Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to ensure product safety, consistency, and compliance on the production floor. You will review documentation, perform inspections, and support teams with quality guidance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in manufacturing or QA, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work around powders, chemicals, and allergens. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality assurance preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process testing and AQL inspections
• Submit samples for analytical and microbiological testing
• Review batch documentation and production logbooks for accuracy
• Approve pre-startup activities and equipment checks
• Release batch records and work orders
• Conduct daily audits and floor walks to ensure compliance
• Support teams with GMP, SOP, and documentation guidance
• Participate in shift review meetings
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
