Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY brand, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician in Tulsa, OK. You will generate data, perform inspections against drawings and standards, and support process improvements.

You will maintain documents, lead root cause analysis, and ensure compliance with ISO/ASTM requirements. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years QA experience in manufacturing, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with metrology tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with SPC and data analysis.
• Experience as QA Technician in high-volume manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and report quality data to QC and manufacturing.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure conformance to specs and standards.
• Maintain document control and SOP compliance.
• Support process improvements and root cause analysis.
• Use metrology devices to measure parts and materials.
• Collaborate with departments to address quality issues.
