Qualifications

• Associates degree or 1-3 years in quality or manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specs, and use measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel; MRP/ERP systems, and ISO standards a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performing manual and automated inspections and measurements (incoming, in-process, and final).
• Measuring products with calipers, comparators, and additional quality inspection gauges.
• Documenting inspection results and participating in process audits.
• Assisting in the creation of work instructions and training coworkers on measurement tools.
• Perform process and product audits to ensure products meet specified requirements.
• Participating in continuous improvement and product quality planning.

Your Role as a Quality Technician

As part of our Quality Assurance team, you'll help ensure that every product that leaves our floor meets or exceeds expectations.
