This is achieved by auditing processes, hands-on, in assisting in diagnosing quality issues. This role is key in maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor.

Hiring for 2nd, and 3rd shift.

• 2-4 years in wire and cable or related industry.
• Experience with various software systems.
• Project management and Lean Manufacturing familiarity.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
• Ability to walk long distances within the plant and between workstations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Manual dexterity and ability to handle small tools and lab equipment.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions as needed.
• Tolerance to working in varying environmental conditions (e.g., heat, noise).
