Qualifications

Manufacturing Quality Assurance Line LeadStep onto the production floor where precision meets pace. As our Quality Assurance Line Lead, you are the guardian of product integrity at the exact point of manufacture. You’ll blend hands-on verification with data-driven insights to keep standards rock-solid and push continuous improvement forward.Shifts & Compensation: Hiring for A, B, C, D shifts. 7am-7pm/7pm-7am. Pay range: $25-$38/hourly.A day in the lifeYou start your shift on the floor, checking that standard work is being followed. When an operator flags an anomaly, you dive in—troubleshooting, confirming the issue, and guiding a quick, safe resolution. Throughout the day you sample and test in-process material, log results, and watch for any deviations.
