Job summary

Resource Label Group, LLC (RLG) is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to inspect raw materials, in-process and finished goods for adherence to specifications. You will participate in root cause analysis and write inspection reports to support product quality.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 1+ year of related experience, preferably in manufacturing, printing or folding carton environments. Growth and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; college degree in related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of related experience and/or training.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (printing, packaging or folding carton preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Examines purchase orders and documents to verify size, color, content and other product characteristics.
  • Inspects product for compliance with order specifications and quality control standards.
  • Tests samples of product and documents results of inspection.
  • Approves or rejects product and writes inspection reports.
  • Identifies and resolves problems; analyzes information and suggests solutions.

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team! The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for inspecting raw materials and work in process with finished goods to ensure compliance with product specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Examines purchase order and/or other documents to secure details regarding size, colors, content and other product characteristics being inspected for.
  • Inspects product to determine compliance with order specifications, company's quality control system and conformity to specified standards.
  • Tests samples of product and documents results.
  • Approves or rejects product and writes report of inspection results
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations
