About the Role:

As the Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products consistentlymeet the highest standards of quality and safety. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands onexperience in a rapidly growing environment and contribute to our mission of deliveringexceptional products. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this entry‑level role requiresattention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to maintain excellence in every batch.

You Will:

● Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

● Document issues, defects, and non‑compliance trends to support continuousimprovement.

● Recommend and help implement process enhancements as you grow in the role.

● Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in training, troubleshooting, and productionsupport.

● Complete daily inspection reports and quality checks on the production line.

● Perform line inspections, including but not limited to:

• Weight verification
• Labeling accuracy
• Defect trending

● Work alongside the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure only the best reaches ourcustomers.

You Have:

● 1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing or retail environments (willing to train theright candidate).

● PCQI and HACCP certifications are a plus, but not required.

● A high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

● Ability to work well under pressure and in a team‑oriented environment.

● Open‑mindedness, proactive communication, and a willingness to learn.

● Undergraduate students in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.

Working Conditions:

● Work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with time spent in varying temperatureconditions.

● Strict adherence to safety and quality protocols is required.

● On‑site presence is necessary due to the nature of the role.
