Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on monitoring lab process verifications to ensure procedures and specifications are met, with responsibilities spanning labeling control, sampling, and data integrity using SAP.

The candidate will perform compliant investigations, archive samples, and maintain records while ensuring safety of the complaint laboratory and equipment, and GDP-compliant documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device labs with GDP/compliance.
• Responsible for lab process verifications and SOP adherence.
• Input and control of samples in SAP and data records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor lab process verifications for compliance with procedures and specifications.
• Labeling control, sampling, and reinspection processes for samples.
• Perform preliminary compliant investigations and prepare reports.
• Archive complaint samples and maintain records.

• Be responsible for receiving samples labeling control, reinspection process monitoring and sampling process for reserved Samples as well as provide quality oversight on processes to ensure compliance including data integrity.
• Performs preliminary compliant investigations and prepares reports.
• Ensures complaint samples are archived as per required and maintain records
• Ensures the safety and care of the complaint laboratory and test equipment
• Review documentation to ensure accuracy - must practice GDP (Good documentation practices)
• Input samples into SAP

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
