About the Opportunity

Join a rapidly growing organization where quality is at the center of everything we do. You'll work closely with Quality, Production, and R&D teams, gain exposure to GMP-compliant operations, and play a key role in the launch and support of innovative product lines.

Unlike traditional production-floor QC roles, this position offers a broader quality-focused scope, including documentation review, product release support, deviation management, and cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Do
  • Support production activities by creating and managing work orders while ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Review quality records and documentation to support product release and regulatory compliance.

  • Maintain product retain samples through collection, organization, tracking, and storage.

  • Initiate and document deviations, nonconformances, and quality events while partnering with QA to investigate and implement corrective actions.

  • Oversee production changeovers and address quality-related concerns involving labeling, component verification, and product quality.

  • Inspect incoming materials and components, identifying potential issues and escalating concerns when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed quality records and tracking systems that support audits, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Evaluate raw materials and finished products for adherence to established quality and sensory standards.

  • Identify irregularities in product appearance and detect out-of-specification odors during sensory evaluations.

  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, and R&D teams to support new product introductions and ongoing quality initiatives.

What We're Looking For
  • Associate's degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience in a science-related field preferred.
