Job Description

Daily Requirements:

  • E-Coats
  • Equipment Calibration
  • Special Request by Volkswagen personnel. Must be completed before end of shift.

Weekly Requirements

  • BIW’s

Monthly Requirements

  • TARs
  • E-Coat Oven Curves
  • Gel Oven Curves
  • Intermediate Oven Curves
  • Topcoat Oven Curves

Quarterly Requirements

  • Wax Oven Curves
Employee Requirements

Equipment Care:

  • Always wearing the wrist strap.
  • Only carry one piece of equipment at a time.
  • Watch surroundings when carrying equipment.
  • Make sure that calibration tools are stored properly so they won’t get damaged.

Physical Needs

  • Must always wear appropriate PPE.
  • Need to be able to carry a backpack roughly 20-30 lbs. of equipment constantly.
  • Need to be able to walk around 6 miles a day, including up and down stairs.
  • Work in inclement weather.
