The Quality (QA) Technician ensures the overall quality of raw materials, work in process, and finished products. QA Technicians support manufacturing by effectively reporting test results and participating in root cause analyses. They may interact with Research and Development, Technical, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Strategic Sourcing, Customer Logistics, Consumer Relations and Suppliers. They test and report results for new, existing, and competitive products.

This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects, recognize and communicate pertinent details, and provide support to multiple internal departments. Many duties are time-sensitive and have strict deadlines for completion.
