Job summary

Stratosphere Quality, a global leader in quality inspection and assurance services, seeks a Quality Team Leader in Bluffton, IN. You will lead and supervise quality inspection teams, set up projects, train inspectors on work instructions, and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements.

Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses is required; you’ll communicate with customers and site contacts, verify tools and gauges, complete project paperwork, and step in as acting

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
