Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Traveling Quality Team Leader to oversee inspection teams across Madison and surrounding areas. The role involves project setup, training inspectors, and ensuring quality standards while coordinating with customers and site contacts.

Travel to plants and warehouses is required. Candidates should have leadership or team lead experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented, adaptable mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise quality inspection teams.

• Ensure safety and company requirements are followed.
• Verify tools, equipment, and gauges.
• Complete project paperwork and reporting.
• Step in as acting supervisor when needed.
• Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses.
