Job Description: We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead to drive our automation testing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software testing and automation, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Automation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive automation testing strategy tailored to project needs.
2. Framework Development: Design and maintain robust automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
3. Test Script Creation: Write, review, and execute automated test scripts to ensure high software quality.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
5. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members on best practices in test automation.
6. Reporting: Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall testing efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in QA automation, with a focus on leading automation efforts.
2. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
3. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
4. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
