Job summary

Uline, a leading North American supplier of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a Quality Assurance Team Lead in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will manage a team of QA analysts and automation engineers, shaping testing strategies and driving AI-assisted automation to improve delivery quality.

Partner with business and technology teams to ensure quality is built into every release. You will mentor teammates and report metrics to guide continuous improvement across testing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or CS or related field.
• 10+ years in Quality Assurance and automated testing; 3+ years in leadership/mentoring.
• Ability to translate business requirements into risk-based testing strategies.
• Working knowledge of RESTful architecture and API testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of QA analysts and automation engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Develop quality strategies aligned with business priorities to reduce risk and ensure reliable applications.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage a team of QA analysts and automation engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to drive team growth and success.
• Develop quality strategies that align with business priorities, reduce risk and ensure reliable, high-performing applications.
• Lead the advancement of automation and AI-assisted testing by implementing innovative tools, frameworks and best practices that improve efficiency.
• Partner with business and technology teams to ensure quality is built into every stage of application delivery, from planning through release.
• Track and report quality metrics to guide leadership decision-making and drive continuous improvement across testing initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and automated testing, with 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into risk-based testing strategies.
• Working knowledge of RESTful architecture and hands-on API testing experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
