Job summary

Uline is seeking a Quality Assurance Team Lead to guide a high-performing team of QA analysts and automation engineers. You will shape testing strategies, drive AI-assisted testing, and advance automation to ensure reliable, high-quality applications across our North American operations.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS, 10+ years in QA with 3+ years in leadership, and strong RESTful/API testing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years in Quality Assurance with 3+ years in leadership.
• Translate business requirements into risk-based testing strategies.
• RESTful architecture and hands-on API testing experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Minimum Requirements

• Working knowledge of RESTful architecture and hands-on API testing experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
