Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to inspect and test products according to instructions, drawings, and training.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and industry best practices.
• Able to read engineering drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Audit quality throughout the production process and final product testing.
• Test and inspect quality of equipment, materials, work in process, and final product.
• Evaluate rejects and defects per inspection criteria.
• Perform product testing, validation, life studies, and calibrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Repeat testing of existing products or prototypes under real-world conditions.
• Coordinate and conduct internal and external quality audits.
