SGS – the world’s leading testing, inspection and certification company – is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for the US Food Service laboratory. You will administer the site Quality Management System and oversee accreditation processes to ISO/IEC 17025 and related standards.

You will supervise document control, training, and audits, and drive continuous improvement across the lab to meet regulatory and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a related science degree required.
• 3–5 years of proven QA experience in analytical laboratory operations.
• 5 years in Quality Management Systems (ISO/IEC 17025) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer the site Quality Management System for the Food Service operation.
• Oversee laboratory accreditation activities and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate audits, regulatory responses and corrective actions on timelines.
• Supervise document control and staff training; provide expert guidance.
