Job summary

Actalent seeks a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead quality initiatives in a manufacturing setting. You will oversee quality personnel, ensure QMS and GMP compliance, and drive cross-functional collaboration to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising the QA team, monitoring metrics, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining quality records. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of quality management principles and ISO standards.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with employees across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and quality records.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Schaumburg, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
