Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join a dedicated quality team supporting infant formula production in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. You will partner with production teams to investigate quality issues, maintain GMP compliance, and drive continuous improvements across the facility.

Responsibilities include investigating deviations, conducting root cause analyses, performing GMP audits, reviewing batch records, and updating SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 1+ years of quality experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience in food, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong investigation, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eau Claire, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.21 - $35.58/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
