  • Coordinate containment activities when defects or nonconformances arise, working quickly to isolate affected products and minimize impact on operations.

  • Lead root-cause investigations to understand underlying issues, and develop, implement, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Document performance data, including time and quality metrics, and accurately enter information into automated systems and quality management tools.

  • Prepare and deliver clear reports on quality performance and program effectiveness to leadership and other stakeholders.

  • Maintain organized records of audits, inspections, training, and corrective actions to support traceability and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with production and other departments to promote a culture of quality and ensure that quality standards are integrated into daily operations.

  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), measurement tools, and applicable industry regulations.

  • Proven ability to organize and balance staffing needs, manage shift coverage, and maintain meticulous and accurate records.

  • Hands‑on experience in quality assurance, quality control, inspection, and supervision within a production or operations environment.

  • Previous supervisor experience with responsibility for leading and developing a team of quality or inspection personnel.

  • Education typically including a high school diploma with extensive industry experience, or a bachelors degree in a technical or quality‑assurance related field.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
