Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Specialist, Quality Assurance to support the CMP team at our Aurora, Illinois facility. You will execute and document core quality programs ensuring stable manufacturing processes and customer satisfaction, collaborating with operations, engineering, and quality teams.

You will help maintain SPC trends, update FMEAs, and prepare control plans with precise data analysis. Excellent documentation and cross-functional communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or engineering environment.
• Foundational knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), root cause analysis and CAPA, FMEA and Product Control Plans.
• Strong written documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze data, summarize findings, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to learn internal quality systems, tools, and procedures, as well as basic manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work onsite at the Aurora facility.

Responsibilities

• Support OCAPs and other investigations by gathering data, documenting findings, and tracking CAPAs to completion.
• Prepare and maintain SPC trend review summaries, highlighting process stability and opportunities for improvement.
• Complete control limit reviews and updates with data prep, summaries, and documentation of proposed changes.
• Maintain and update FMEAs and process control plans reflecting current controls and learnings.
• Author, revise, and maintain quality documentation in accordance with site and corporate procedures.
• Coordinate internal audit scheduling and track closure of CAPA.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings related to site quality performance and continuous improvement.
• Support audits and reviews by ensuring documentation is complete and accessible.
• Complete required training and continuous improvement activities.
