Job description

The Quality Assurance Specialist supports the Administration and QA Teams with data entry, review of documentation packets, and other daily tasks necessary for program operations. This position is on-site at the El Cerrito office with a flexible schedule that can be arranged as needed.

Benefits:

  • Pay rate: $28-30 per hour, DOE
  • Part Time, 20 hours per week

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA in Psychology or related field
  • Office experience; experience in a mental health program preferred
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Google Docs, and internet-based databases
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus
  • At least 2 years of clerical or clinical experience

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry into internal and county database systems
  • Weekly review of documentation packets for quality and compliance
  • Medi-Cal verification using the state's website
  • Collaboration with Admin and QA Teams
  • Weekly meetings with the Program Director
  • Attend documentation and other relevant training
  • Maintain confidentiality of records and information
  • Perform other duties as assigned
