Job description

The Quality Assurance Specialist would support the Administration and QA Teams with data entry and the review of documentation packets, as well as any other day-to-day needs to run the programs that may come up. Position is on-site at the El Cerrito office. Schedule is flexible and can be arranged as needed.

Benefits:

  • Pay rate: $28-30 per hour, DOE
  • Part Time, 20 hours per week

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA in Psychology or related field.
  • Experience working in an office; experience working in a mental health program.
  • Experience working with Word, Excel, Google Docs and Internet-based databases.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA’s regulations preferred.
  • 2 years of clerical or clinical experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry into internal database and county database systems.
  • Weekly review of documentation packets for quality and compliance.
  • Assist with Medi-Cal verification using the state’s Medi-Cal website.
  • Regular collaboration with the Admin and QA Teams.
  • Weekly counsel with the Program Director.
  • Attend documentation training or any other training for both counties as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of records and other information as it comes across.
  • Other duties as needed.
