Job summary

The Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) in Jefferson City seeks a Quality Control Specialist to analyze, design, and execute test plans for DMH applications. You will perform hands-on and automated testing, report defects, and collaborate with developers, business staff, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software deployments.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify test plans.
• Assist with user acceptance testing.
• Assist with testing of integrations, business rules, data conversions, mobility, performance, security, and more.
• Track defects and log time for all assignments.
• Interact with DMH customers and stakeholders, such as software developers, DBAs and vendors of DMH services.
