Job summary

Gulf Companies is seeking a Quality Specialist to lead QA/QC practices, audit processes, and drive standardization across projects. You will analyze procedures, implement quality plans, and monitor KPIs to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Corporate Quality Manager, the role requires ISO 9001 and 45001 knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of operations experience in a Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control capacity.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 & 45001.
• Strong practical business process skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts internal process audits.
• Supports development and implementation of Quality Management Plans for projects based on corporate processes and procedures, as well as client specific requirements.
• Tracks, measures, and reports on progress on projects using standard, established KPI.
• Assists with enhancing quality management systems focusing on customer satisfaction, business process standardization, reliability and effectiveness.
• Maintain compliance with environmental and safety guidelines as well as International Quality Systems (Such as ISO).
• Other administrative tasks, but not limited to, as needed
