Job summary

Seek Now is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to review insurance claim inspection reports for accuracy and quality, and to schedule appointments with customers. The role requires attention to detail, experience with property and casualty insurance, and the ability to learn quickly while maintaining standards.

The ideal candidate will analyze reports, identify quality trends, and communicate with field inspectors and customers to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities

• Review and make necessary corrections on completed proprietary inspection reports to ensure standards are met.
• Identify quality issue trends, and close out job orders.
• Answer and resolve inbound calls from field inspectors, homeowners, and customers.
• Schedule outbound appointments as needed.
• Monitor emails.
• Partner with internal team to complete daily tasks.
• Escalate customer issues when appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
