Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in Property & Casualty insurance (producer, account manager, CSR, underwriter or QA) and working understanding of personal lines insurance and compliance.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems/software.
• Ambition to join an early-stage tech company and grow quickly, not seeking a traditional 9-5 role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of customer transactions to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Communicate results on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis.
• Identify risks early using root cause analysis and preventive action.
