Cencora is seeking a QA/Production team member to guide daily activities, audit batch records, and support serialization to meet production needs. This role emphasizes compliance, problem solving, and collaboration across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong English skills, and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office. This position offers growth within a regulated manufacturing setting.

Qualificações

• Must read and understand English; able to document compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and basic math skills for production.
• Good written and verbal communication; attentive to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Solid interpersonal skills and teamwork in a regulated setting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direction and guidance to daily QA and Production activities.
• Audits production batch records for accuracy and compliance; final audit before release.
• Performs serialization activities to support production needs.
• Verifies and corrects discrepancies in product and packaging components.
• Ensures deviations and documentation are provided in batch records.
• Performs in-process quality checks and TOC analysis.
• Creates, reviews and updates WIs and SOPs; escalates non-conformances.
• Engages in technical and compliance training; supports continuous improvement.
• Participates in site internal audit team; adheres to cGMP and safety.
