McKesson is seeking a dynamic & engaging individual to fill a Quality Assurance Specialist rolein our distribution center located in Shepherdsville, KY. This will be a contract role with a potential opportunityto expand into a permanent position based on business needs and performance.

Responsibilities

• Handles the inspection and release process for incoming and returned product including downloading of temperature recorders, communicating results to clients, obtaining proper client approval, electronic storage of inspection records, disposition of temperature recorders, and product retains.
• Assist with daily temperature graphs and assigns alarm investigation responsibility to the appropriate manager
• Assist with calibration and alarm testing to ensure company compliance to SOPs.
• Assists with relabeling and kitting operations in support of client requests.
• Assists with special projects.
