Responsibilities

• Handles the inspection and release process for incoming and returned product including downloading temperature recorders, communicating results to clients, obtaining proper client approval, electronic storage of inspection records, disposition of temperature recorders, and product retains.
• Assist with daily temperature graphs and assign alarm investigation responsibility to the appropriate manager.
• Assist with calibration and alarm testing to ensure company compliance to SOPs.
• Assist with relabeling and kitting operations in support of client requests.
• Assist with special projects.
