Job summary

McKesson is seeking dynamic warehouse associates to join our Jeffersonville, OH distribution team. You will help move goods, process orders accurately, and ensure life-changing products are shipped on time in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment.

Starting pay up to $21.50/hour with raises to $22.73/hour after 12 months; shifts include nights, and incentives may boost earnings. We offer health, dental, vision, a 401(k), and well‑being programs as part of our Total Rewards.

• Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift.
• Ability to lift 20 to 50 lbs repetitively.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

Where:8200 Bluegrass Blvd, Jeffersonville, OH, USA

When: Every Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am - 2pm and 7pm - 8pm

We currently have the following positions available:

• Night Shift: Sunday - Thursday, Sunday 5pm start and Monday - Thursday 6pm start - $21.50/hr.
• Night Shift: Sunday - Thursday, Sunday 8:30pm start and Monday - Thursday 9:30pm start until shift completion - $21.50/hr.
• Starting pay rate up to $21.50/hour increasing to $22.73/hour in 12 months!

Material Handlers eligible to participate in a company incentive plan can earn even more money! Amounts are based on performance, with top performers earning up to about $1.75/hour in incentive pay.

• Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift withoutassistance(weight varies based on product)

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (37 - 42F)a minimumof 80% of the shift or as needed.

• Willingness to learn andoperatepower industrial equipment - Training will be provided
