Job summary

Atticus LLC, a US-based manufacturer, seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to drive CAPA, SOPs, COAs, and audit programs across our manufacturing network. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
• 3–7 years of hands-on manufacturing or quality assurance experience in a regulated setting.
• Strong Excel data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proven ability to lead process changes and meet strict timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own CAPA and nonconformance programs with documentation and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training modules, and QMS documentation.
• Review analytical methods, COAs, and support quality audits.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with tollers and contract manufacturers to monitor quality performance.
