Job summary

Atticus LLC in Cary, NC seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to lead CAPA, nonconformance, and QA program improvements across the manufacturing network.

You will develop SOPs, review COAs, support audits, analyze quality data, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or related field.
• 3–7 years of hands-on manufacturing or quality assurance in a regulated environment.
• Strong Excel data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own CAPA and Quality Nonconformance programs, tracking and root-cause investigations.
• Develop and review SOPs, training modules, and QMS documentation.
• Review analytical methods, SOPs, and COAs for quality approvals.
• Support internal/external quality audits and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive CI initiatives.
