Job description

A Great Opportunity / Full Time Monday- Friday/ Youngstown, OH/ $38,000 to $45,000 per year

At ViaQuest Residential Services we provide quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in our residential homes. Apply today and make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve!

Responsibilities may include:

  • Implement, and oversee Quality Assurance processes for residential services according to company needs.
  • Facilitate and lead QA Committee meetings and audits for residential services.
  • Monitor continuity between the Individual Service Plan (ISP) and service delivery.
  • Conduct investigations including but not limited to allegations of abuse, neglect, misappropriation and any death of an individual served, as assigned.
  • Gather, manage, and analyze data and identify trends to improve training and services.
  • Conduct internal audits in homes and ensure appropriate measures are put in place to correct any deficiencies.
  • Advise management with the development, implementation, review, and approval of all plans of correction, as applicable.
  • Monitor risk management and ensure implementation of corrective measures.
  • Investigate deviations and provide insight to improve quality and efficiency, to ensure compliance.
  • Travel expected to assigned residential sites in region as needed.

Requirements for this position include:
  • Four-year degree in social services or related field (extensive experience in the field of developmental disabilities may substitute for degree)
  • One year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Displays strong communication skills and possess excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
