Job summary

WOW Logistics is seeking a Quality Auditor at the Menasha distribution center to verify outbound orders with RF scanners, perform weekly process audits, and coach teams on QA practices. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely QA records in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday with possible overtime, offering a base hourly rate of $22 plus a $2 shift premium, and incentive programs to boost earnings; candidates must meet safety standards and lift up

Qualifications

• Auditing outbound orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and log errors, determine root cause, and coach to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain QA logs and ensure GMP/FSMA adherence where applicable.

• Assist department lead in coaching of various warehouse processes
• Ensure pallet paperwork including special labels for specific customers are accurate
• Create and maintain Customer Matrix to include special instructions/requirements
• Manage QA log and coach team members when errors occur
• Ensure compliance with all Food Safety Requirements (GMP Audits and FSMA adherence)
• Train others on the basic QA process to include maintaining QA error log and uploading to SharePoint

Monday – Friday 1:30pm to 10:00pm (Overtime may be required)

Pay

Base rate of $22.00/hour, plus a $2.00/hour shift premium.

How Your Role Fits In

As a Quality Auditor, you will be required to audit and inspect outbound orders ensuring accuracy and compliance with defined standards. This position will be responsible for identifying, logging, and resolving all errors found. When an error is found you will be expected to identify the root cause and coach the team member responsible to proactively prevent similar errors in the future. WOW Logistics is a drug Free Workplace, and the Quality Auditor position is considered a safety-sensitive position.
