WOW Logistics seeks a Quality Auditor in Wisconsin to audit outbound orders using RF scanners, verify accuracy, and log errors. This safety-sensitive role requires coaching teammates to prevent recurring mistakes and maintain GMP/ FSMA standards.

You will complete weekly process audits, manage QA logs in SharePoint, and generate accurate paperwork and customer labels. The position emphasizes accuracy, dependability, and a proactive safety mindset within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify outbound orders using RF scanners for accuracy.
• Complete weekly process audits on warehouse processes.
• Assist department lead in coaching of warehouse processes.
• Ensure pallet paperwork and customer labels are accurate.
• Create and maintain Customer Matrix with special requirements.
• Manage QA log and coach team members when errors occur.
• Ensure compliance with GMP audits and FSMA adherence.
• Train others on QA processes and upload QA logs to SharePoint.

This position will be responsible for identifying, logging, and resolving all errors found. When an error is found you will be expected to identify the root cause and coach the team member responsible to proactively prevent similar errors in the future.
