$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Quality Assurance/Systems Specialist

Contract Duration: ~6 months (anticipated through mid-December)

Location: Onsite – Lynnwood, WA

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Quality Systems Specialist to support records and document management for our Quality function. This temporary position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, supporting audits, and maintaining efficient systems in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, format, and route controlled documents via an electronic document management system (MasterControl)
• Verify completeness and accuracy of scanned records; manage physical-to-digital transitions
• Receive, index, and archive records from Quality, Manufacturing, and Scientific departments
• Support user and workflow administration within the quality system
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve documentation issues and support inspection readiness
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, cGMP, OSHA/WISHA, and other applicable regulations
• Provide training and guidance on document control processes

Qualifications: Required:

• 1+ years of experience in document management, preferably in a regulated industry
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite; familiarity with MasterControl or similar QMS/EDMS
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
• Ability to lift boxes (up to 25 lbs) for archival storage
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred:

• Experience supporting audits or inspections
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations
• Exposure to SharePoint, Smartsheet, or MS Project
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree
