Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Quality Assurance Specialist within cross-functional teams, delivering analytical and microbiological insights for:
• New product development
• Shelf life determination
• Plant trial support
• Product launch and commercialization
• Conduct vendor management through:
• Performance data analysis
• Onsite audits and compliance checks
• Ensuring all components meet quality standards, achieving 100% compliance and zero quality deviations
• Uphold product integrity by:
• Enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Applying Food Safety Preventive Controls (FSPC)
• Adhering to established product specifications and internal quality procedures
• Monitor and document quality parameters using standard analytical tools to ensure consistent compliance and reporting accuracy
