Key Responsibilities
- Quality Oversight – Review project specifications & client requirements to develop and implement quality strategies.
- Inspection & Compliance – Schedule and oversee inspections & testing to meet industry standards.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation, prepare reports, and conduct audits.
- Stakeholder Communication – Act as the primary contact for quality-related concerns with clients and teams.
- Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance quality processes & project outcomes.
- Training & Leadership – Train project staff on quality compliance & best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial mechanical or plumbing construction (healthcare, medical gas, education, institutional, military, etc.).
- Startup & Commissioning experience on projects $25M+ (preferred).
- Experience managing testing, balancing, and commissioning teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- HVAC industry experience is a plus.
